Our Three
Practice Areas
Each service is defined, scoped, and delivered with care — from an initial consultation through to the final set of deliverables.

How Each Engagement Works
Every engagement at zivantoes follows the same structured approach, adapted to the specific practice area. We begin with a consultation to understand your situation, agree on scope and deliverables in writing, and then proceed in defined stages with regular communication throughout.
This approach reflects a belief that good legal work requires clarity of purpose from the start — and that clients deserve to understand what they are receiving and when, not discover it at the end.
Initial Consultation
We listen to your situation and confirm which service is appropriate. No work begins before this step is complete.
Engagement Letter
A written document outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Both parties agree before work proceeds.
Active Engagement
Work proceeds in structured stages with regular updates. Draft documents are reviewed before finalisation.
Delivery & Walkthrough
Final deliverables are provided along with a session to explain their content and how they should be used.
