Formed Around a Practical Idea
zivantoes was established in Singapore in 2012 with a straightforward purpose: to provide legal advisory services that are genuinely useful — not obscured by complexity or padded with caveats.
The practice grew from a recognition that businesses handling data, brands expanding through franchise models, and individuals navigating formal documentation often needed the same thing — someone who would take the time to understand their situation and provide clear, workable counsel.
Over more than a decade of practice at Raffles Quay, we have refined three areas of focus: data protection compliance under the PDPA, franchise and licensing structuring, and statutory declaration preparation. Each is handled with the same standard of care.
We are not a large firm. We have chosen to remain focused, which means the people you work with are the same throughout your engagement — and each matter receives proper attention, not delegation to someone less experienced.
