zivantoes's team brings over a decade of experience in Singapore commercial law, with specific depth in the three areas we practise. Our Managing Director holds more than eighteen years of professional experience. Senior Counsel Priya Ravindran has worked exclusively on data protection matters since the PDPA came into effect in 2012.
This is not a generalist firm that also handles data protection or franchise work on occasion. These areas are our focus, and they receive the full attention of people who understand them well.

We use secure document management and communication practices in our day-to-day work. Draft documents are versioned clearly, and the sign-off process for each deliverable is transparent.

Transparent Pricing
Our services are priced clearly and agreed at the outset. Data Protection & Privacy Counsel starts at SGD 1,950; Franchise & Licensing Advisory from SGD 1,500; Statutory Declaration Preparation at SGD 250 per declaration. These figures represent all work within the agreed scope.
If a matter involves work outside the agreed scope, this is discussed with you before any additional time is spent. We do not issue invoices that exceed what was agreed without prior conversation.
Practical, Usable Outcomes
The measure of our work is not the length of a document, but whether it serves its purpose. A data protection compliance report should enable your team to take action. A franchise agreement should reflect the actual structure of the arrangement. A statutory declaration should be accurate, complete, and properly witnessed.
We assess each deliverable against this standard before it is finalised, and we are available to explain and contextualise any element of the output once it is delivered.
